About me


Through my journey, I made several millions to small business and fortune companies. The most important lesson that I’ve learned that the key to business growth is the constant evolution of talent. A good business is not just about strategy, a good product or communication; it’s about talent.


Talent management goes beyond hiring or personal skills; it’s about nurturing the self and the right people to propel your business forward.


The plan is simple: Transform us into an investor and chairman of the board role and hire individuals who excel in areas where we shine.


This way, we can catch mistakes before they occur and avoid micromanaging. We’ll have the freedom to learn and improve our weaker areas (SWOT, ego, alignment,...). Over time, you’ll find yourself stepping back, replacing yourself one role at a time. Eventually, you’ll transition from CEO to investor, allowing you to create multiple revenue streams while fostering community growth. Reward your top performers, elevate them to your level, and build a thriving ecosystem. At one time, we should realize that it is not about amassing huge amounts of capital but elevating our community.
